Terms of service
These terms apply to web design and development packages sold by VOID DECK DIGITAL (UEN 53524712E). By purchasing or engaging our services, you agree to the following.
Payment
50% deposit to start, 50% on launch unless otherwise agreed in writing. Packages are priced as shown on the site. Online payments are processed by Stripe.
Deposits & refunds
Deposits are non-refundable after project kickoff. Discovery calls are free; project fees apply only when you book a package.
Scope & revisions
Each package lists what's included and excluded. Revision rounds are as stated on the pricing page. Additional work is quoted upfront before we proceed.
Your content
You provide text, images, and assets unless copywriting or photography is explicitly included. You confirm you have rights to use all materials supplied.
Hosting & handover
Sites are deployed on Vercel unless otherwise scoped. Domain registration and renewal are your responsibility unless we agree otherwise. We provide handover notes on launch.
